12 Corn Tortilla lightly browned
1 lb. Longhorn Cheese
2 Cans Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Canned Milk
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Chopped Onion
1 C. Diced Green Chili
3 lb. Cooked Chicken Cubed
Mix and heat the soup & Milk
Make layers of tortillas on bottom of casserole dish. Next layer mixture
of onions, bell peppers, chili, chicken then cheese - Repeat.
Pour Soup & Milk mixture over top
Finally layer cheese
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
