Where We Are Going

March 2008 - Catalina State Park,
Tucson AZ

When: March 10 through 12, leave on the 13th
Hosts: are the Kirwans
Facilities:  We have the group area at Catalina State Park. This is a dry camping facility. In the general campground there several W/E spaces that are available only on a first come basis. The group area has restrooms with showers. There is a dump station in the park.
Cost:  The reservation fee is paid, camping costs $15 per night for each camping unit.
Activities:  Planning on an evening at a local Mexican Restaurant the first evening.
A "Grill your own" main dish & bring a side dish to share potluck will be held on Tuesday afternoon.
Wednesday at 11:30, we will have a guided tour of the Pima Air Museum and this tour includes a tram tour of the Davis-Monthan Boneyard of thousands of retired aircraft.  There is a possible excursion to the DeGrqzia Studio & Gallery for those so interested in place of the air museum.
