Occasionally there is a year that just gets unseasonably cold in January. This was that year. Even with hookups, our hardy group noticed that the days were cold! Don't even mention the nights.
Six couples attended the camp in Tubac at the Flying W RV Ranch. All said and done it was a wonderful weekend. Several people had never been to Wisdom's Cafe for a Mexican dinner. That has now been taken care of. (Food was delicious). Day visits were made to the Tumaccori Mission, the Santa Cruse Chilli Co., Titan Missile Museum and even some shopping in beautiful downtown Tubac.
Of course there was the pot-luck dinner on the porch and even some music provided by the campground owner, Jif.
Some new friendships were started and the weekend was pronounced a good time for all.
